The Opportunity

Based in our North Sydney office, this role offers a great entry point for someone looking to develop their administration skills within a project and tendering environment. Supporting a key infrastructure tender, you’ll gain exposure to submission processes and documentation workflows, while also playing a central role in keeping the office running smoothly.

You’ll be joining a close-knit and experienced team, with the opportunity to build your capability in tender and submission coordination over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the tender team including scheduling and logistics

  • Coordinate team meetings and manage calendars

  • Assist with basic document control tasks such as uploading and downloading files

  • Support general office operations including supplies, catering, and ad hoc requests

  • Learn the foundations of submission coordination with potential to grow in this area

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a proactive and can-do attitude

  • Previous experience in administration or office support

  • Eager to grow and develop within a fast-paced project environment
